My Suzi guys had a whole little jet kit of various sizes to fit the various carbs. Actually they had a couple of the kits for various carbs. Appearantly Suzuki charges $10 per jet -OUCH- to the dealer! So my dealer buys aftermarket jets for the various carbs. My cost was about $5. The key was bringing in the stock one for the first try in order to match size (length) shape and threads to make sure you've got it right. I've also seen the same jets in a Dennis Kirk catalogue for about $2-3, but you'd probably have to buy a bunch to make up for the shipping.

PS- I figured the flames were a bad thing. Like naybe something was going to get messed up inside the bike if it was shooting flames all the way to the outside...
